If you're going to do one thing while you're in Dubai, do yourself a favor and make it a wildlife drive with Gary. His knowledge of the birds and other wildlife in the area is unparalleled, and his enthusiasm for such is contagious and amazing. I felt safe and comfortable with him as a guide, learned so much, got some great photos, and as a bonus: he makes a mean ham roll!
